As a pastor's kid and only church musician at the time, Rick learned to
play many instruments at a young age. After many years of honing his
craft with various regional groups, he began his professional career as
pianist for the Toney Brothers Quartet from Dallas, Texas. Rick has
performed alongside notable names such as Ernie Haase and Signature
Sound, the Booth Brothers, and Gold City. Rick has performed on the
main stage of the National Quartet Convention, the Gospel Music
Television World Premier, the Jubilee-At-Sea cruise, and even
Dollywood! His love though is to play, sing, and fellowship with others
in a local church setting.
Andrea’s love for gospel music began
at a young age as well. Her early days were spent traveling with her
family as her father ministered among his Native people. Her love for
harmony and blend was later influenced by groups such as the Nelons and
the Hoppers. Andrea has also appeared with gospel music‘s finest, such
as the Crabb Family, Karen Peck & New River, and Michael English.
When not traveling and singing, her passion for helping people is
evident by working as an RN in hospice care. Both Rick & Andi (as
her friends know her) share a unique heritage in that they are both
Native American. They have three children and when not traveling, both
enjoy working in the worship team at their home church - First Assembly
of God Tahlequah.
